My name is Rotilio Grimaccia , Rudy for friends, I'm a full licenced Rome driver tour guide to drive and accompany people all over Italy and I worked extensively in Rome as well.
I was born in Rome and when I was 18 joined the Army for 5 years in the northern part of Italy, then came back to Rome where I worked with my sister at the Bar we both owned.I also lived and travelled many times to America ,in New York and San Francisco. While working ,I also studied Art at the Art institute.I also taught scuba diving on weekends , biked and did climbing to relax.
Since many years I'm working with tourists from all over the world to show them my beautiful country!
I want to make sure that each person is treated as a friend and therefore take pride and time to show each person the Eternal City and Italy.
I speaks English, Spanish and have a diploma in Art and I'm full licenced driver tour guide. My work style is “ American” in a sense that I will make you feel confortable and "at home" right way.When working with other drivers or drivers tour guides,I will make sure to check on their references, professionalism and knowledge as Rome driver tour guide as well

What I do

My job is to give tours on Rome and on Tuscany, Florence, Siena, on the Tuscany wine country side,on the Amalfi coast, inside Vatican museum etc.To have a tour means to go around our cities visiting it and its monuments.With a sightseeing tour we will watch sites and monuments on board and walking in to the sites if you wish. Means that I will show you somethings with my finger and you will be attracted from the places and from my informations about history, legends of the place we tour. With a tour we will go togheter around the city and we will go inside the sites but, sometimes, when parking spots are not avaible, I will illustrate you the sites and I will give you the right time to visit it, waiting for you beside the car . This kind of tours is a good way to have a feeling in Rome, the best way to visit the eternal city or Italy.I do my tours concerning the time, in the sense that I will drive you around visiting sites in chronological way,so, you will start to visit Rome from the most ancient places and, step by step, we will visit the city, ending the tour, visiting of the modern places and monumets of Rome.At the end of the tour, your knowledge of the city will be complete and you will never forget it! My job, like driver guide, is to let you know and let you enjoy my country with a tour, sightseiing tour or with an excursion.
