- Driving service in all Italy
- Guide service in Rome and province by Rudy
- Use of vehicle.
- Fuel and motorway tolls.

| Rates do not include: |
- Client's meals, food and beverages.
- Entrance fees to Museum or Monuments, gratuities
- Anything not expressly mentioned as included.

| Penalties:
|
- Cancellation 1 week before date of requested service: No Penalty.
- Cancellation 72 hours before date and time of requested service: 10% Penalty
- Cancellation 48 hours before date and time of requested service: 30% Penalty.
- Cancellation 24 hours before date and time of requested service: 50% Penalty
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before the service fully charged.

| Payments and Confirmations: |
- To book the service you will need to provide me with Visa or MasterCard data (Holder's name as it appears on the Card, Number and Expiration Date) as a guarantee for the services being booked. Upon receipt of the Credit Card Data I will consider the service confirmed.
- The service will be not charged on credit card, it will be payed in euros or euros traveller cheque
or us dollars.
- After using the secur form on the home page to book the services, you need to wait for the confirmation email.
- The confirmation email will be sent after 24-48 hours max.
- If you don't receive the confirmation email please email or call Rudy asap.
- General conditions and rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Rotilio Grimaccia – Rudy – is a full licensed car service (license n. 2 issued by the Municipality of Colleferro, Rome – Italy), in accordance with the Italian Law n. 21/1992, art. 1 and 3, as enforceable pursuant EU Law, and provides such kind of service.
Moreover, Rudy is
- full licensed guide of Rome and of Province of Rome (license n. 3222 issued by the Province of Rome) and
- full licensed tour escort (license n. 1198 issued by the Province of Rome)
in accordance with Lazio’s Regional Law n. 50/1985 and therefore can provide services as indicated in art. 2 and 3, Lazio’s Regional Law n. 50/1985.
Please, note that the offered services is a car service pursuant art. 1 and 3, Act n. 21/1992 and guide and/or tour escort services are incidental and ancillary. Therefore in any case car service is always prevailing on the others.
Rudy does not offer nor supply any kind of service as indicated in art. 32 Lazio’s Regional Law n. 13/2007 (see also art. 38 L. 13/2007). |
